These Booking Conditions set out the terms on which you contract with us for the arrangement and delivery of a dinner event. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Booking Conditions at any time prior to you making a booking request.

“You”, “guest/s” and “your” means all persons named in a booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us”, “our”, “the organiser” and Tales of Puglia means Chiara Errico ATF Roland Trust.

Ticket Purchase

All tickets must be purchased in advance via the official booking platform. Each ticket secures one seat at the dinner event. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of two (2) tickets may be purchased per person.

Ticket Policy (Non-Refundable)

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. As this is a small, curated event, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel changes, illness, or changes in personal circumstances. If a guest is unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest, provided the organiser is notified in advance so that the guest list can be updated.

Event Inclusions

Each ticket includes the curated experience for the evening: a four-course dinner with four matched wines. Any additional beverages, food, or items ordered outside the curated menu are not included in the ticket price and will be billed directly to the guest by the venue. The ticket price does not include credit or debit card processing fees or booking platforms fees.

Dietary Requirements

Guests must notify the organiser of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 6 days prior to the event. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met. It is the guest responsibility to check that meals and beverages do not contain any allergens. We expressly disclaim any liability for meals or beverages that contain allergens other than in circumstances where we have been negligent.

Age Requirement and Responsible Service of Alcohol  

This event is intended for guests aged 18 years and over. Wine will be served as part of the dinner experience, and by purchasing a ticket you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Australia. The venue and organiser reserve the right to request proof of age if required. Responsible service of alcohol will be observed throughout the evening.

Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the menu, wine pairings, or event format if necessary due to seasonal availability or operational considerations. Any changes will maintain the overall quality and experience of the evening.

Event Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that the organiser must reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new event date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable, guests may request a full refund of the ticket price. The organiser will make every reasonable effort to maintain the original format and experience of the evening.

Event Cancellation 

In the unlikely event that the organiser must cancel the event, guests will receive a full refund of the ticket price. The organiser is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by guests, including travel, accommodation, or other related costs.

Minimum Attendance

The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event if minimum attendance is not reached. In such circumstances, guests will be offered the choice of attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund.

Photography

The event may be photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of images where they may appear. We reserve the right to use any images and/or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes. You consent to this use and acknowledge you will not be entitled to any payment or other compensation. You consent to grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reuse, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and reproduce any images, photos, or videos (whether directly or via a photo-sharing service) in any medium, including but not limited to print, electronic media, or the Internet. This license is given to us without the right to review or approve, for any purpose, including the global promotion and publicity of our products and services. Guests who prefer not to be photographed are welcome to notify the organiser upon arrival.

Guest Conduct

This event is designed as a respectful shared experience. The organiser and venue reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the event if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of other guests. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Venue Responsibility

The dinner will take place at a third-party restaurant venue. While the organiser has curated the event experience, the venue remains responsible for food preparation, alcohol service, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or personal property claims arising from attendance at the event. Guests attend the event at their own discretion and responsibility.

General

The contract between Chiara Errico ATF Roland Trust trading as Tales of Puglia and you is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. Any disputes shall be dealt with by a court with the appropriate jurisdiction in Victoria.

If any provision of these Booking Conditions is found to be unenforceable, then to the extent possible it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

Any personal information you provide to us will be collected, stored, used, protected and shared in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles, and our Privacy Policy, which is published here www.talesofpuglia.com/privacy-policy

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
