Booking Terms & Conditions -Webinar-
These Booking Conditions set out the terms on which you contract with us for the arrangement and delivery of a dinner event. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Booking Conditions at any time prior to you making a booking request.
“You”, “guest/s” and “your” means all persons named in a booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us”, “our”, “the organiser” and Tales of Puglia means Chiara Errico ATF Roland Trust.
By registering for a webinar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. REGISTRATION & ACCESS
Your registration is for one individual attendee only.
Your registration confirmation, webinar access link and recording access are personal to you and must not be shared, forwarded, published or made available to another person.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access where we reasonably believe registration or access details have been shared or used by someone other than the registered attendee.
2. WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Unless otherwise stated on the webinar registration page, your registration includes:
attendance at the live 90-minute webinar;
participation in the live Q&A;
printable webinar note pages;
a post-webinar planning summary; and
access to the webinar recording for 4 days following its release.
Any downloadable materials provided as part of the webinar are for your personal use only.
3. SCOPE OF THE WEBINAR
The webinar is designed to provide general educational information and a practical framework to help participants understand Puglia and make more informed decisions when planning their trip.
The webinar does not constitute personalised travel planning, itinerary design or individual travel advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the webinar does not provide or disclose the names or contact details of Tales of Puglia's accommodation partners, experience providers, guides, suppliers or other professional contacts.
Questions during the Q&A are welcome; however, due to the time available and the number of participants, we cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered.
Tales of Puglia will select questions at its discretion based on their relevance to the webinar topic and their usefulness to the broader group.
We may choose not to answer questions that require personalised itinerary planning, supplier recommendations or advice outside the scope of the webinar.
Participation in the webinar does not include a private consultation with Tales of Puglia.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All webinar content, including but not limited to the presentation, slides, planning frameworks, methodology, structure, worksheets, downloadable materials, written content, graphics and recording, is owned by or licensed to Tales of Puglia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your registration grants you a limited right to access and use the webinar and accompanying materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
copy, reproduce or substantially reproduce the webinar or its materials;
record, screen-record, photograph or capture the webinar presentation;
share, distribute, upload, publish or make the webinar or materials available to another person;
use the materials to create or deliver a competing webinar, course, workshop, presentation, travel-planning product or commercial service; or
remove or alter any Tales of Puglia branding, copyright notice or other identifying information.
Taking personal written notes during the webinar is, of course, permitted.
5. RECORDING
The webinar may be recorded by Tales of Puglia.
By participating, you acknowledge that your name, voice, comments or questions may be captured if you choose to participate during the live session.
Where recording access is included with your registration, access will be available for 4 days from the time the recording is made available, unless otherwise communicated by Tales of Puglia.
Recording access is personal and non-transferable and must not be downloaded, copied, screen-recorded or shared.
6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Webinar registrations are non-refundable for change of mind or if you are unable to attend the live session.
Where recording access forms part of your registration, inability to attend the live webinar does not entitle you to a refund, provided the recording is made available as described at the time of booking.
If Tales of Puglia cancels the webinar and does not offer a suitable replacement date, you will receive a refund of the webinar registration fee.
If the webinar is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled session, we will advise you of the options available.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device, internet connection, and any software or browser or account registration required to access the webinar.
Tales of Puglia is not responsible for an attendee's inability to access or participate in the webinar due to their own internet connection, device, browser, software, account registration or other technical issue outside our reasonable control.
If a technical issue within our control materially prevents delivery of the webinar, we will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative, which may include rescheduling the session or providing alternative access to the content.
8. INFORMATION & TRAVEL DECISIONS
Information provided during the webinar is general in nature and is based on our knowledge and experience at the time of delivery.
Travel conditions, opening times, transport services, regulations, prices and other destination information may change.
Participants remain responsible for their own travel decisions, bookings and arrangements and should verify information relevant to their individual circumstances before booking or travelling.
9. CONDUCT
We want the webinar to provide a useful and respectful environment for everyone attending.
We reserve the right to remove a participant who behaves in a disruptive, abusive or inappropriate manner, shares unauthorised content or otherwise materially breaches these Terms & Conditions.
10. PRIVACY
Any personal information you provide to us will be collected, stored, used, protected and shared in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles, and our Privacy Policy, which is published here www.talesofpuglia.com/privacy-policy
Where the webinar is delivered through a third-party webinar or payment platform, your information may also be processed by that provider in accordance with its applicable privacy terms.
11. CHANGES TO THE WEBINAR
We may make reasonable changes to the webinar content, structure, speakers or supporting materials where necessary, provided that these changes do not materially alter the overall nature of the webinar purchased.
