Puglia at the Table

An intimate Cultural Dinner in Melbourne

“Some places are best understood at the table.”

Join me for a cultural dinner inspired by my beautiful home region of Puglia, where I’ll share a personal perspective on the land, our people, and our food culture.

Around a shared table, we’ll take a sensory journey through the flavours, traditions, places, and quiet rhythms of the region.

Throughout the evening, you will enjoy a curated four-course menu with matched wines. Each dish will open the door to conversations about Puglia’s culture, offering a deeper understanding of the region as we locals experience it.

This evening is designed for those who value meaningful experiences and the pleasure of slow conversation around good food, hosted at one of Stonnington’s best Italian restaurants.

About your Host

In my heart, Puglia isn't merely a region — it's a journey waiting to unfold.

Hi, I am Chiara. I was born and raised in Salento, the southern (and the best) part of Puglia, and I cannot wait to share stories, culture, traditions and the places of my heart with you.

I have dedicated my time to savouring the best Puglia has to offer, from local food festivals to secluded beaches, from ‘aperitivi’ at sunset to the most authentic traditions.

I split my time between my hometown, a small village near Lecce, and Melbourne, enjoying the best of both worlds. Not the most practical lifestyle, I’ll admit, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sharing my love for Puglia is my mission.
